The 2024 Piper PA-24 PT-DKA accident occurred on 25 January 2024, when the Piper PA-24 Comanche crashed in a wooded area between Rio Grande da Serra and Ribeirão Pires, in Greater São Paulo. Two people died.

The aircraft was a Piper PA-24-260 Comanche C with registration PT-DKA, manufactured in 1970. It took off from Campo de Marte Airport at 9:45 on 25 January 2024 bound for Presidente Venceslau, when there was a sudden deviation. The crash was recorded at around 10h on Teresinha Arnone Castelucia street, in Rio Grande da Serra, near Ribeirão Pires.
