In the accident of the Epic LT with the registration RA-2151G on 31 March 2019, all three occupants were killed during the approach to Frankfurt-Egelsbach Airfield northwest of Erzhausen. The two passengers were the Russian multimillionaire Natalia Valeryevna Fileva, a shareholder in the Russian airline S7, and her father Valery Karachyov.
