The Asiana Airlines Flight 552 ground collision incident was a collision accident that occurred on 13 May 2018. Turkish Airlines Flight 969, after returning from Ercan Airport, moved to gate 218, but stopped briefly 30 m before the parking line. At that moment the right wing of the taxiing Asiana Airlines aircraft struck JMM's vertical stabiliser.
