On August 2, 2019, about 1600 universal coordinated time, a Cessna TU206G airplane, XB-FZN, impacted terrain near Guachochi, Mexico. The two people on board sustained fatal injuries. The accident investigation is under the jurisdiction and control of the Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil (DGAC).
