The Estonian Safety Investigation Bureau (AIB) has notified the NTSB of an accident involving a Airbus 320, which occurred on February 28, 2018. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the AAIB investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13.
